IMGboot Terms & Conditions of Use

IMGboot provides a free and paid image and photo hosting service. Users of this service may upload as many digital images as they wish and can then let others view the images by letting them know the url of the image.

By accessing this website, uploading an image, or creating an account, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

You are authorized to sign up for and use 1 (one) account only. Any members suspected of creating more than 1 (one) account may have their accounts deleted and all images removed at any time.

All images are the copyright of their respective owners. You may not use any images on this site without the proper permissions of the copyright holder. You must own the copyright, or have permission from the copyright holder of any images you upload to this website.

You must not upload any images containing material that is of adult nature, illegal, defamatory, promotes racism, hatred or discrimination.

The free hosting service is only available to those whose usage is strictly of a non-commercial nature. If you plan on using our service as part of any commercial activity, you must upgrade your account to a PROFESSIONAL account.

Free account holders must use the provided link code to share their images: you are not allowed to share your images using different link code, or change the provided link code in any way. Using altered link code may lead to us deleting your images from our servers with no prior notice and, at our discretion, suspending or terminating your account. You acknowledge and accept that we use Google Analytics tracking code to verify that you are using the provided link code. PROFESSIONAL account holders may use any link code they wish to share their images.

The IMGboot image hosting service is not suitable for user accounts that generate more than sixty image requests per second. An excessive number of requests per image or user account may result us in deleting images from our servers with no prior notice and, at our discretion, suspending or terminating the account.

Any images found to break our terms and conditions may be removed with no warning. Anyone who uploads an image that violates our terms may be banned from using this site and viewing images hosted here with no prior notice.

Our service is provided on an "as is, as available" basis. We give no warranty, expressed or implied, for the services provided, including, without limitation, warranty of merchantability and warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. This no warranty expressly includes any reimbursement for losses of income due to disruption of service by the provider or its providers beyond the fees paid by client to provider for services.

In the case of violation of our terms, we may share any and all information we hold on the user concerned with any interested third parties.
